SCHOOL POLICY

LESSON SERVICES

This Student Enrollment Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of your purchase of instructional services from Music World with Olena.

Individual Lessons

The tuition fee includes individual weekly lessons per month.

TUITION

Tuition fees are due at the time of purchase, in advance, for the following month. After purchasing your first lesson package, your next tuition fee will be billed at the beginning of the month. Lessons are calculated based on one lesson per week or two lessons. Each month, the calendar days are recalculated. Sometimes, there may be 5 lessons instead of 4 or 9 lessons instead of 8 in a month. Tuition does not include curriculum and materials costs. We may increase monthly fees in future months upon 30 days written notice.

Tuition fees may be fully refunded prior to the delivery of any instructional services, with written notice received within 24 hours of your initial registration date (which may be sent to the designated email address).

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY

To cancel or reschedule a lesson without charge, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will reschedule your lesson based on the instructor’s availability. If you miss a lesson or fail to provide proper notice, you will be charged for the missed lesson. All missed lessons must be used within the paid month. Refunds or cash payments for unused lessons are not provided.

To cancel your registration and discontinue lessons, you must send written notice to school management, which can be sent via email (to the designated email address) by the next month’s billing date. Cancellation takes effect from the date of notice. Upon cancellation of registration, all tuition fees are non-refundable, and any unpaid fees are immediately due. The validity of all unused lessons for canceled accounts expires and is forfeited thirty (30) days from the date of cancellation notice. For canceled registration accounts, no refund or cash redemption is provided for expired unused lessons.

ATTENDANCE POLICY

Regular attendance is crucial for your progress. If you miss a lesson without notice for two consecutive sessions, we reserve the right to cancel your registration. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a lesson without prior notice, it will be considered a missed lesson.

PAYMENT POLICY

All lesson payments must be made before the start of each month. If payment is not made on time, we reserve the right to cancel your registration. All unpaid accounts are immediately due.

SAFETY AND BEHAVIOR POLICY

All students are required to adhere to the school’s code of conduct. Rude, inappropriate, or harmful behavior is unacceptable and may result in the cancellation of your registration without refund. We strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.

MINORS POLICY

Communication between school staff and minor students must take place only on school premises, in school systems, and related to instruction. Any other communication must go through the adult parent/guardian of the minor student.
